Juan Bosc
Canadian born and raised, Juan has a rich, 20-year career spanning international hospitality and property development, collaborating with both esteemed blue-chip organisations and dynamic start-ups. His journey began in his Native Montreal followed by his first international experience in the culinary heart of France, Lyon, working for the legendary Paul Bocuse, and swiftly moved to a pivotal role in launching the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva.
Seeking new challenges, Juan relocated to London, contributing his expertise to Pierre Kofmann's innovative pop-up atop Selfridges. His adventurous spirit and dedication to excellence soon led him back across the European continent to Rome, where he took the helm as General Manager at Casina Valadier.
His vast experience in hospitality has seamlessly translated into exceptional project management skills, showcased in his involvement with the opening of prestigious venues such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Geneva, Vyta Covent Garden/Rome, and Southam Street Restaurant & Bar in Notting Hill, London.
In the last decade, Juan has expanded his repertoire as a Senior Advisor for the Adoreum Club, simultaneously shifting his focus towards the property sector. He has skillfully invested in and renovated prime real estate in central London, Rome and Henley-on-Thames. Juan's latest venture involves property development in Puglia, Italy, where he has both invested in land and established Puglia Investments. This initiative aims to guide international investors through the complexities of the enticing property market in Italy's renowned 'heel of the boot'.
Juan is PRINCE2 certified, CITB certified in Site Management Safety and NEC ECC trained.
